THE FOLLOWING ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT UNDER WHICH ROOMS ARE TO BE USED BY GUESTS
Guest should obtain the room rate card from reception. The tariff is for your room and breakfast in restaurant only meals are available on ala carte basis in our restaurant and would be charged extra as per our menu rates
SETTLEMENTS OF BILLS:
Bills must be settle on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
COMPANY’S LIEN ON VISIT OR VISITORS LUGGAGE AND BELONGINGS:
In the cases of default in payment or dues by a guest the management shall be entilated to a lien on the luggage and belongings and detain the same and to sell our auction such property at any time without refference to the party and appropriate the net sales proceeds towards amount due from the guest without prejudice to the managements right to adopt such further recovery proceeding as may be required.
Check out time is 12 noon. The guest shall vacate the room allotted to him on expiry 01 period of occupation granted to the guest. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry of the period the management services the right to insist that the guest vacate the room. However if you wish to retain your room beyond this time please inform the manager (F.O.)upto 6 pm .You will be charged half the normal tariff subject to availability of the room ,after 6 pm full rate would be charged as per the tariff card.
For the convenience of the visitors sale deposits lockers are available at the front office ensure the safety of any valuables. Visitors are particularly requested to lock the door of their mom when going out or when going to bed and not to leave in the key hole. The company will not in anyway wht so ever be responsible for the loss of residents goods or any other property not entrusted to the management or for damage there of whether due to neglect 01 hotel employees or agents or any other cause what so ever including theft or pilferage .
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them ,their friends or by any person for whom they are responsible .
Subject to availability to space guests luggage can be stored in the left luggage room at the guest sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage can be stored for a period of ever 07 days.
PERSONAL INJURIES TO THE GUEST/RESIDENTS:
The management shall not be responsible for any injury or ill. Health resulting from the use of any of the hotel facilities or for accidents occurring within the hotel premises in the cause of the guests visit/stay.
NON RESIDENT GUEST:
No outsides is allowed in the guest rooms .
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or other parts of the hotel.
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate when requested to do so, in case of default, the management will be entiltled to remove the luggage and belonging of the visitors from the room occupied by the guest and locked the room .
GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Guests are requested to observe the govt. rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registrations, Narcotic articles, alcoholic drinks, fire arms etc.(NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL PERMISES)
Note: Washing Clothes inside room penalty 1000/-INR
